In addition to practicing law, Mr. O'Donnell is also an accountant. He is admitted to practice law in state and federal courts both in New York and New Jersey. Mr. O'Donnell is a former adjunct professor of law with the City University of New York, and a retired police officer--having retired from the New York City Police Department with the rank of captain. Mr. O'Donnell is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the National Society of Accountants and the New York City Police Captain's Endowment Association.
